Question 1

How do I register to bid at an auction?

Question 2

What is a buyer's premium and how is it calculated?

A buyer's premium is an additional fee charged on top of the hammer price. It is typically a percentage of the final sale price and covers our operational costs. The exact percentage is stated in each auction's terms and conditions.

Question 3

Can I view coins in person before bidding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer pre-auction viewing days for all major sales. The viewing schedule is published on the auction's detail page. You can also request high-resolution images or a condition report for specific lots by contacting our specialist team.

Payments are processed within 28 days of the auction settlement date. Funds are transferred directly to your nominated bank account. You can track your payment status through your vendor dashboard at any time.

Question 6

Question 7

Is there a minimum value for consignment?

Accepted Answer

We generally accept consignments with an estimated value of £500 or more per individual lot. However, we may also consider collections of lower-value coins if they form a thematically cohesive group. Contact us to discuss your specific collection.
